Patch the Hill Country Bunny A charming book for children ages 3-8 takes readers on a unique journey to one of Texas most gorgeous areas.
The author was motivated by the belief that all children should have their own adventures in the great outdoors.
In the book, readers are introduced to Patch, an adorable bunny from the city who experiences the excitement of new surroundings.
Patch encourages young children to open their eyes, to listen and to explore the living, breathing environment outside of their home settings.
Of course, sharing an adventure with friends makes it all the more exciting, so Patch begins to look for friends in this new Hill Country setting.

Mary is a full time Honey, registered nurse, part time comediene (mostly in her kitchen) and retired reverend.
She is an observer of life, disarmed by the ordinary and distracted by sparkly things...and she loves bugs. Inspired by a stuffed bunny she received from her mother,
Mary wove a love of nature, photography, and sentimental keepsakes into a story about discovery and friendship.
In her spare time she travels with her husband, loves on her three adult children, plays dinosaurs with her granddaughter Emilia, and spends as much time as possible in the Texas Hill Country.
In high school, Mary was runner up for Miss Witty. Please don't ask her about that loss as it's still pretty raw.
